Dear Mira, Please note that UGC recognize only university and not technical Program. So UGC recognition is valid for programs in Arts, comm, and science.
Technical degrees come under the purview of AICTE. So AICTE approval is must for B.E./B.Tech & M.Tech program.

Dear Sandeep,
For pursuing MBA/PGDM (Regular) one has to be graduate with second class and should crack entrance test and for distance or part-time MBA/PGDM there may not be an entrance.
Basic Eligibility criteria for UPSE is degree from a recognized university with an age of minimum 21 to maximum 30.

You can write various government entrance examinations conducted by State PSC's, SSC, UPSC, Postal departments, Railway departments, etc. You can even apply for various public sector bank officers' examination or write exams of Indian Air Force, defense sector, etc. Another option is to take up jobs in various government universities and colleges
