Hi Brijesh, the highest package offered last year (2013 passout) was 16.13 lacs overseas. For domestic it was around 6.5 lacs. Placement scenario is getting better as the year progresses with avg being between 3.75-4 lacs

You can apply for other universities in Europe without IELTS. After completing the first year you can transfer your credits to German university. Normally the university itself helps in transferring credits to other European universities under bologna process. But the decision of acceptance from German university depends on various factor. Usually the admission criteria is easy when you go as exchange student compare to applying from India directly.
