Germany is a highly competitive country. Your academic background does not seem to be sound and competitive. The number of backlogs is huge and the percentile is not competitive too. You can always give it a try, but I would suggest you check out other countries like Australia or even New Zealand. If you want to study in Europe, you may check Netherlands, Spain, France and so on.

You are required to have full-time work experience and if the intended job you want to do is a part-time one it won't carry any weightage. Teachers or educators are highly valued so if it is a full time job it will be accepted. However only imparting education from textbooks won't do any good. You have to show your leadership, innovative, creative, managerial skills as well as your job. So find out ways of how you can improve the job profile and go ahead with it. A GRE score above 315 should be targeted and a TOEFL of 90 to 100. It is better you check some university websites for the admission requirements, you will be able to prepare in a better way if you have a target and goal in mind. Different universities have different criteria.
