ICSI will grant exemptions to only such candidates who have completed certain professional or academic requirements. Such qualifications must be recognized by ICSI, and the exact requirements of exclusions are given in the ICSI prospectus. A candidate who obtains more than 60 percent in any paper or papers and a minimum of 25 percent in all the remaining papers of that module in which he/she has appeared shall be exempted from appearing in that paper in the subsequent examinations.
