You have to meet the eligibility criteria for the specific programme you choose  . Minimum  criteria for every programme to have a 50 % score in 12th and a decent score in entrance exam.  For btech/ B.E they opt JEE Main,   for M.Tech students should have an undergraduate degree with a minimum of 50%, alongside they must also have either a GATE score or a MHT CET score. and yes admission without GATE is possible, but a MHT CET M.Tech score is mandatory.  For more information visiting there official website is better

At Vivekanand Education Society's Institute of Technology, for some courses there may  tight competition for the seat, so if you meet the eligibility criteria of the courses  and has scored well in 12th and the entrance exam like JEE Main which meets the cutting off then you can get admitted  but if your scores doesn't meet the cut-off then it will be hard.

Yes, if you meet the eligibility criteria for the specific course you are joining you can get admission to Vivekanand Education Society's Institute of Technology.  Minimum eligibility criteria is to have a decent score for the entrance exam. And 45 % mark at 12th

TO get admission in Vivekanand Education Society's Institute of Technology  you have meet some criteria  .candidates must have scored at least 45% in 12th  and  a decent score  in JEE Main also participate in the college's  seat allotment process . There may have a little change depending on the programme so check viset website or contact them directly  . Above is the minimum criteria for a candidate.

It depends on the course in which the student is interested. Vivekanand Education Society's Institute of Technology offers BTech, MCA, and MTech ANM courses. No, they doesn't provide 100% scholarships but the offer some scholarships for the needy people.

Quality of hostel  food at Vivekanand Education Society's Institute of Technology is above average based on the college reviews , some say food is good, some say some times it's really bad . Most of the reviews are positive. They serve both veg and non veg food.  And has a good menu .

And hostel mess staffs also ensures  hygiene. Serve and provide hygiene food.

The VESIT Mumbai has separate hostel accommodation for boys and girls with a cafe and Gym. The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students. The College library boasts more than 47,500 books and journals at the national and international level, journals, magazine etc. A multi-purpose ground for outdoor events like Football, Cricket, Throwball, Dodgeball, Hand ball, 6-lane 200 m track for Athletics, Volleyball court, Kabaddi court, Basketball court with red soil. A Gymkhana for indoor sports like Carom, Table tennis and chess. VISET has a good Infrastructure and facilities.

At VESIT Sports is seen as an integral part of overall education process. The College encourages both sports and sportsmanship. 

There are many facilities like A multi-purpose ground for outdoor events like Football, Cricket, Throwball, Dodgeball, Hand ball, 6-lane 200 m track for Athletics, Volleyball court, Kabaddi court, Basketball court with red soil, Long jump facility and a  Gymkhana for indoor sports like Carom, Table tennis and chess.

VIVEKANAND EDUCATION SOCIETY'S INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY  has a very active  placement cell, Information about the company profile, job profile, Eligibility criteria, Salary, Branches applicable and any another information given by company are forwarded to all students along with a registration form with the dates of the drive. The placements are average and range from 8 to 10 LPA. Various famous companies like JP Morgan Chase, Accenture, Barclays, etc. visit the campus for the placement of students.

The reason why VISET is a good choice for B.Tech and BE courses because  VISET  is a  popular and reputed engineering college in Mumbai. If you are a Maharashtra citizen then, No.  You must pass MAH CET, a state entrance exams conducted by Maharashtra gvt.Admission is based on merit and counseling based on the rank obtained in the MHT CET. But if you scored more in JEE you can get in admission. Eventhough the college gives a priority to MHT-CET  also.

If you meet the eligibility requirements for the B.E/B.Tech  of the institute then that is the selection criteria. The minimum requirement is 10th, and 12th should pass with a minimum 45% . This is the basic criteria. You must have decent marks in JEE exam.

The fees range for courses offered by VESIT  depends on the program, the course , the duration.  VISET offers various courses like BTECH, Mtech  MCc., for BTECH the fee is around 3 Lacs to 4.5 lakh, for M.Tech 80k is the tuition fee, for MCC it's 1.6 Lacs as the tuition fee.The fees mentioned above may have change yearly , by this you can get a idea around the range of fee

The eligibility criteria for admission to VESIT is 45% in 10+2 and passing the JEE Main or MHT CET. And the fee for B.Tech is around INR 3.3 Lacs to INR 4.5 Lacs, there will be a slight change increase and decrease between this range  based on the course CS, IT.

The hostel charge for VISET ,for accommodation based on the choice (capacity) will be around INR 1 Lakh to 1.20 Lakh for 1 year . Other than this, INR 5000 needs to be paid as a caution deposit which you will get refunded when you graduate.  INR 80000 is the mess fee for the year. This is the 2023-2024 fee structure, so in the future it may vary a bit.
