If you are from India then you cannot do MBBS without biology as one subject in +2.
Actually, you need to have biology as one subject in +2 and pass with 60% marks to be eligible for NEET examination. You need to qualify it then only you can get any medical college in India.If you are rich enough i.e Eligible to give donation and fees then you can get a medical college by just qualifying NEET. But the donation for the course is so huge that middle class cannot afford it.

No, you can't go for SSB directly for NDA. However, if you have physics, chemistry and maths, you can go for TES [technical entry scheme]. In TES, you directly go for SSB and if you manage to get into the final merit list, you get a call letter for IMA.
