Hello Mounika, A very interesting query indeed. World is moving forward so also ideas of fashion. In so far as these do not hamper flight safety, its accepted. Like e. g. danglers on ears are invariably not allowed but studs are. So is the case with tattoos. They are allowed on some body parts and not on some.

As a rule of thumb, these on visible parts is no. But then every airlines has its own set of rules. Unfortunately I could not find any DGCA rule about this.
