100% placement can never be possible at the first instant, as mostly the banks select their candidates through competitive tests. However, a candidate, whether trained by some institute or prepared by self- study makes second or 3rd attempt also to clear the test for selection. In fact placement is said to be what an organization selects on the basis of on-campus interview and recruitment made directly from the institute. If the institute has such a record of its candidates with direct placements

Hi Indu,
After completing your MBA I feel that you have sufficient qualification to start your career, so I would suggest you to start working and after gaining the experience for few years you plan to get some certification In HR or can opt for SAP or Six Sigma Certifications.
Still if you feel you want to go for higher studies you can opt for PhD in Management.
Hope this will be of help. Feel free to put up more queries. In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a best answer or pressing the thumbs up icon.
Thanks,
Pooja

See Mridul,
There are just two main categories at present: one is JAVA and other is .NET.
It depends on your training that which option you have opt for. Whatever you have done you should not change that or switch to the other. If you have done JAVA then do the Advance part of it and carry on with it and the same for .NET.
But mind you, JAVA has a better scope as less competition is there.
