As you have got a very low score it would be really difficult to get any decent Schools with this score so, I would suggest you to reappear for the examination. or else look for some private institutions who take there own entrances or take direct admissions.

If ur Internship is pure practical based then it is very good and valuable at the time of placement otherwise Collecting degree/certificate is not enough u must have practically sound also. First of all i would like tu suggest u that whatever u r doing do it thoroughly. Clear ur fundamental concepts. It should not be like that making second floor without any foundations. Industry requires Technically sound professionals not the theoretical persons. Instead of collecting degree take any International Certifications with u in less amount of time which helps u more. Normally TC is required to admit in the second yr in other school or college. Look 4 mail ID & Postal address of ur college which is not difficult & write ur requirement & necessary formalities. If you want to get into the Banking field, the best option would be that you go for MBA finance, or other options could be CA, CWA etc. If you are not planning to go for higher studies, I would say just on the basis of your graduation it would not be easy to get a good growth, so it is always better to go for higher studies.

You should enroll for the GRE coaching this year or next year. By the time you reach your 4th year, you would be prepared for the GRE as well as would time to prepare for your final semester as well. Also, you would have alot of time to take mock tests.
