Thanx @manmeet
Sumesh, I do not know what is RCI but any university would require UGC approval which is mandatory to be recognized. CMJ Meghalaya has UGC approval and its degrees are valid for all government and private sector jobs. Having said that, I will further add that its degrees have zero academic value and you will learn nothing. They dish out Ph.D. degrees in two years but it does not have scholarly value.
Therefore, in nut shell, if you are not desperate and not looking for quick results, avoid it.

Since you are from the engg. field both the areas are good in their own aspects. Both the areas have good scope. It depends on what area you are interested in. If you would like to go in for masters in instrumentation engineering then opt for M. Tech. However if you are more interested in the management field then opt for MBA. By pursuing an MBA you can still go in for selecting different streams in MBA. Further in your career you may enter in a management role. You need to decide for yourself which area to select.

If you want to go for business, why to do M.Tech? Better go for an MBA in Technology Management etc so that you can gain both Management skills and technical skills for starting a business. Anyways, if M.Tech is your aim, M.Tech in Thermal and Manufacturing will be the apt options, I feel.
I would like to tailk to you more about your business model as I am also on the same idea of technology business. Please message me to nkme2007@gmail.com

The sampling distribution of a statistic is the distribution of that statistic, considered as a random variable, when derived from a random sample of size n. It may be considered as the distribution of the statistic for all possible samples from the same population of a given size. The sampling distribution depends on the underlying distribution of the population, the statistic being considered, the sampling procedure employed and the sample size used. There is often considerable interest in whether the sampling distribution can be approximated by an asymptotic distribution, which corresponds to the limiting case as n ? ?.

THEOREM (sampling with replacement)
If all possible random samples of size n are drawn with replacement from a finite
population of size N with mean µ and standard deviation ? . Then:
(a) The mean of all values of the sample mean X is equal to µ.
(b) The standard deviation of all values of the sample mean X is equal to
n by under root ?
.
(c) When n is large (n ? 30) , the sample mean X is approximately normal and
hence
(X ? µ) divided by (n divided by under root nis approximately normally distributed with mean 0 and standard deviation 1.

Attend college classes regularly and make short notes during the classes itself. In your hostel/home go through today's topics with help of your notes and university prescribed books. Highlight important portions, formulas and definitions in the book it self and if possible make some additional notes. You should give at an average of 2 hours per day and before semester exams 6-8 hours per of self study at home. Before, examination, go through old question papers for exam pattern. This way, you would be able to score well. Preserve your semester notes for GATE and UPSC exams as syllabus for them is 3rd sem to 6th sem subjects.
