As regards minimum percentage of marks in the qualifying examination (i.e., 10+2), the candidates must have secured:
Forty five percent (45%) marks in case of candidates belonging to Unreserved/OBC/Specially Able Persons (SAP) and other categories, and Forty Percent (40%) marks in case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe (SC/ST) categories. Chances will greatly depend on your academic profile and how the universities accept your qualification. Since it's a distance degree universities will evaluate your profile more strictly. Though Bharathiar University is UGC recognised you must write to the universities abroad where you intend to apply and see where all distance education is accepted. Do a WES evaluation of your degree, if it is positive from WES you should be able to apply.
