Learning something is never a waste of time. However, if you feel you can do better in your field of study, i.e civil engineering, you should definitely pursue that. You can always do a part-time course to learn the art of cooking. If you strongly feel that you want to learn cooking full time, you should pursue a course in Bachelors in Catering Technology and Culinary Arts from Culinary Academy of India. It will broaden your scope for employment.

Maybe the date is not supposed to be mentioned on the photograph. Try uploading a normal passport size photo, according to instructions given by the authorities. The correction facility for AIIMS Application form will be started from the second week of March 2018. The corrections can be done till the third week of March 2018. After making corrections, candidates can check the final application status in the fourth week of March 2018.
