Hello Dhanvarsha, Yes, you are eligible to appear in the UGC NET and you can opt Management subject. Just qualifying the Post-Graduation is not enough you must fulfil the eligibility criteria under NTA:
1. The minimum age required is 30 years (general category), 33years LL. M. graduates), 35 years (SC/ST/OBC/Transgender/Female candidates). There is no age limit for the post of an Assistant Professor.
2. The minimum educational qualification requirement is that a candidate has completed their Post-Graduation with the minimum 55% (General category) or 50% (SC/ST/OBC/Transgender). Application Forms are out for the UGC NET June 2019 session and the last date to fill the form is 30th March 2019. Every year the exam was conducted in the month of July but according to the new rules by NTA exam will be taken in the month of July every year instead of June.
