Yes, it is possible to change courses at Monash Uni Australia. The course can be changed from the next semester onwards. To do this, students would need to re-enrol or remain enrolled in their next semester's units.

Students who meet the conditions below can apply for a course transfer via the Course or Campus transfer portal.

  • Should be a current student at Monash
  • Meet the prerequisites for the new course
  • Perform at an appropriate level in the current course
  • Completed atleast 12 credit points of the current course
  • Meet prerequisites for both single degree courses if applying from a single to double degree

The AIBE 21 (XXI) eligibility criteria remained the same. Here are the AIBE exam eligibility criteria in the table below:

Qualifying exam

Candidates who have passed or are in final year of a three-year LLB or five-year LLB degree are eligible to appear for the AIBE exam. Therefore, the academic qualifying exam for AIBE candidates is

Minimum marks in qualifying exam

The BCI mentions no minimum marks are required for appearing in the AIBE exam. However,  a candidate must secure a minimum percentage or grades in their law degree as prescribed by universities for further education. 

Age limit for AIBE exam

There is no upper or lower age limit for appearing in the All India Bar Examination. 

State Bar Council Registration/Enrollment 

A candidate who has not registered with their State Bar Councils as an Advocate can apply. As State Bar Council enrollment is no more mandatory for AIBE eligibility.

Each hostel Cafeteria IN GBPUAT is run & managed by students on cooperative basis. Students are required to leave the hostel rooms in the summer vacations to facilitate annual repairs and white washing etc. All students living in hostel are to abide by hostel & cafeteria rules.
