Speak without Fear:- Learning English requires practice. Don't let a little fear stop you from getting what you want.
Use all of your Resources:- Using as many different sources, methods and tools as possible, will allow you to learn faster.
Surround Yourself with English:- Take notes in English, put English books around your room, listen to English language radio broadcasts, watch English news, movies and television.
Listen to English Music & Watch Movies:- You can expand your vocabulary and hear the flow of speech from the actors. If you listen to the news you can also hear different accents.
Study As Often As Possible:- Only by studying things like grammar and vocabulary and doing exercises, can you really improve your knowledge of any language.
Do Exercises and Take Tests:- If you never test yourself, you will never know how much you are progressing. Start now by doing some of the many exercises and tests.
Record Yourself:- Nobody likes to hear their own voice on tape but like tests, it is good to compare your tapes from time to time.
Make a time plan and follow it strictly without any failure. Don't take it as a stress rather find enjoyment and fun while learning the language.

Finance.
Marketing.
Human resources.
Operations management.
So you can pursue Phd in any of the specialization mentioned above, however please remember all these specialization mentioned above covers a very wide variety of topics on which you can pursue Phd.
For example, in marketing you may pursue Phd in consumer behaviour related to particular product, under finance you can pursue Phd in micro finance, etc.

The two management courses that can be pursued at undergraduate level are:
BBA.
BBM.
BBA stands for Bachelor of Business Administration and BBM stands for Bachelor of Business Management.
Both these courses are taught in different management schools and some schools give the name as BBA and some as BBM. Some other institutes give it the name Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and some other Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.

You can set a proper learning plan for the test. Equal importance must be given for all subjects. Revision should be done frequently for attaining better result. It is advisable to go for mock tests regularly. This will help one to find out the mistakes. It is good to go through the last year question papers.
Model question papers of the preceding years can be got from all leading book stores. Sometimes, guide books one buy will contain a few question papers. Besides this, one can always search the internet and download question papers. Numerous sites will provide one with these papers.
Memorize the punch lines of various good and famous brands and also their Brand ambassadors, also for leading news channels. Besides, also spend time for magazines like Business & Management Chronicle by Chronicle Publications and Competition Success Review or even newspapers would help like The Hindu, Economics Time or The Statesman.
