HI Abhishek, Which university you should apply is based on the your score in the entrance exams like CAT, XAT etc. Some of the Pvt colleges have their own entrances. Since most of the best B-schools either take CAT scores or XAT scores it is advisabel you give these two tests first and then take it forward.

Hi Sumanjali, as per your query I would say that it will not be possible to branch off into MBBS with a nursing degree.
To take admission in MBBS, you need to take the medical entrance tests.
As for lateral entry in MBBS, there is no option on a course of this importance. You need to study the whole course and have to get in through merit in the entrance exam. You may have to enrol in a proper MBBS course.
