Generally, transfer is possible within the university from one college to another. Keeping your concern in mind I would suggest you to contact the officials of both the colleges for specific transfer norms as the procedure and criteria differs from one college to another.

If you mean Delhi university, then the best four subjects comprised of 3 main subject plus 1 language subject like (hindi or english).
So you may include physical education in best 4 subjects.

To take admission in Merchant Navy, you need to pass 12th in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Maths) with 1 year pre-sea training as a deck cadet.
You can also join it directly after B.Tech in marine engineering, mechanical, electrical, electronics & telecommunication, naval architect.

hi rahul, yes u can but you have to be best for that through IIT U CAN get admsn in top colleges like imu,chennai,meri kolkata,etc.now 2nd option MANET PUNE(entrance) toolani(entrance). lots of colleges but some of they are not much not.for proper understanding have a look on dgshipping website.and imu.tn.nic.in. all the best .ah.for chief engg approx 7 year.after joing as 3rd officers.u can earn handsome money at post of chif engg(7 lac approx per month tax free)
