As per my understanding, you are looking for preparation of U.P.S.C exam but due to financial constraint, you are looking for coaching with less fee.
I would request you to revert with location preference for better guidance.
You can opt for self preparation. Preparing for IAS requires combination of smartness and hard work. Do the right things to gain an edge over your competition:
*Get the right books for Prelims
*Start preparing at least 10 months before
*Solve past year questions to test yourself on regular basis
*Cover the scoring sections early
*Cover the syllabus strategically. Don't go for a "prepare all" approach for IAS prelims
