You need to have a B.Sc. degree from a govt. Approved university.
You need to have scored at least more than 50% in your B.Sc. degree.
There is no age limit for pursuing an M.Sc. so, many students pursue it later in their career.

Basically, the cut off changes every year, and it depends on the highest marks. But, considering past records and my experience, I can say that if you score 180+, you will get into VJTI, though computer Science is a bit tough, if you score exact 180, whereas all other streams would be available.

If you belong to general category, then you are not qualified since the cutoff for general is high. 60 marks is not enough for OBC category to qualify for Advanced. However, it shows your effort that although you have not qualified, but you gave your best to it. Many college ask for this score. Go for private colleges for the admission to B.Tech programme. There are many good college with affordable fees structure. Best of luck.

Video game designers build storyboards and use computer programming codes to create the elaborate audio and visual elements found in video games. Job qualifications for a video game designer generally require a Bachelor's degree in computer Science or computer engineering and some experience in computer programming. I am not sure of your qualification from your question - If you have done 10+2, then go for computer Science graduate degree BCA or BCS.
