Of course B.Sc Microbiology is better from the job point of view. But with a medical background don't restrict yourself to these conventional courses in this competitive time. These days you have B.Tech Biotech/ Nanotech./ Food Technology/ Agri. Engg. and so on too for students with medical background. World class universities like Amity, LPU, Manavrachan are offering these competitive courses. Check out their websites for more details.
