Hello Kritika, ideally if you want to study pharmacy you must have had biology in 10 +2. Besides there are other university specific requirements you need to check directly on the college or university website. Please remember that foreign students must take TOEFL or IELTS too.

See the field you mentioned above are somewhat related like either of the subject you take at some place you will have to go throught the other fields subject. Another thing you must know is that if you actually want to make a good career in either of the field you must be prepared to do a PhD after your masters. As these subjects are more of a research oriented fields rather than just doing a masters degree and going for a job. It depends from person to person. I personally believe that you should definitely drop for JEE. You know you are afraid that you may lower your marks, which has a very low probability of happening. But if you drop and do well next year, you could easily pursue CSE, which you have always wanted to. And let me tell you, my friend, if you give your 100% next year, you shall get CS. You just can't let your fear stop you from trying. If now you let your fear stop you, then you are in a big trouble. Don't even think about marks, just go study.
