Management deals with the nursing staff and other employees. They are responsible for evaluating job performances, discipline, and staffing.
Administration is a class unto itself. The CEO, COO, CFO, CNO etc. live in a sort of parallel universe that never really overlaps except to send the odd email to the rest of us. They are a very well paid and pampered bunch. They definitely do things the rest of us have known about, and they want it that way.

If your are getting 60% in class 12th then it means you are an average student. But sometimes this is not true. Sometimes due to the some circumstances some people get lower marks than their ability. 60% mark is not bad. You passed the 12th class with first division. But If you want to do B.Sc. You will have to give some extra time to cover or learn the syllabus of class 12 because B.Sc. Is totally based on class 12th syllabus. There are many subjects in B.Sc. Like Calculus, Advanced Calculus, ODE, PDE. For doing the problems of these subjects you should have knowledge of function, integration, Differentiation and many chapters of clas

Hey Abhinandan,
You have too low score in JEE mains but an excellent score in your board exams. You may not get a good college based on your JEE score but your board marks will help. You can check out the following colleges as they are having best placement and ranking from the industry.

1. Get your basics sorted out.
If you "complete" a topic once, check yourself by deriving, from scratch, from the basics, the formula.
If you can't do the above without resisting the urge to look at the text book, start over.Do read NCERT properly. They do it from the basics.
2. Know what the syllabus is.
Not necessary to stick to the portion, look further if it interests you. But no, do not get into the mathematics of everything. It will confuse you, and from theexampoint of you, it would counter point 1.
3. Keep a cool head.
Sort yourself out, and concentrate only on your question or theory.
