Actually in syllabus of BCA there is no subject called mathematics but there is a subject called business accounting in first semester which deals with accounts.If you have good grip on basics in mathematics then it is good.You can find all the subjects in BCA if you check in google.

Since you secured 9447 rank in GITAM entrance, You may not get seat in Vishakapatnam branch but you can get CSE seat in Hyderabad campus or in Bangalore branch.

You cannot do multiple educations at the same time.

IIT Delhi ,IIT Bombay,IIT Calcutta

Both has very good scope but they are different . You need to decide on it.
