Along with ATMA CMAT, CAT, MAT scores are also accepted. So, it is difficult to tell exact ATMA cut off. Last year cut-off was 99.23 percentile under All India seats quota.

The decision would be based on your interest areas and long term career plans. If you want to pursue a career in academics / technical /analytics/ research areas then M.Sc. Would be a better option. In M.Sc. As well you have options to explore M.Sc. In Botany as well. However if you want to move into general management / operations side then MBA would be better. You also have the option to go into teaching and for that B.Ed is also an option that you can explore. On the whole you need to take a decision keeping in mind your interest areas & career goals.
