Hi. Bachelor of Arts or B.A. Admission 2021 is done both by entrance exam and on the basis of merit. B.A. Admission 2021 registration process in IGNOU has begun from June 2021 and the last date for registration is in the last week of September 2021. It is difficult to get CSE in VIT Vellore or Chennai campus with a rank of 23500. However, you may have a chance of getting CSE in VIT Amravati campus with this rank. The fees for CSE in VIT Vellore campus is around INR 1.98 Lacs per annum. The fees for CSE in VIT Chennai campus is around INR 2.66 Lacs per annum. The cutoff for CSE in VIT Vellore campus for VITEEE 2023 is not yet available. However, as per the previous years data analysis, up to 8,000 VITEEE Rank is required for the CSE branch. The cutoff for CSE in VIT Chennai campus for VITEEE 2023 is not yet available. However, as per the previous years data analysis, up to 16,000 ranks are required for CSE with other specializations. Hi. Yes, you can get direct admission in SRM University. If you full-fill the eligibility criterion, then you can also take direct admission under management quota or NRI quota in SRM University. The Admission will be based on your score in class 12th.

Hello Shubham, if you are talking about getting admission in either NIT or IIT, then based on last year's cutoff percentiles announced by NTA for different categories, you will be out of the bracket.
