hi jyoti :) you need to have a complete graduation degree for applying for the entarence exam of IPS which is supposed to be cleared and it does takes time to prepare for it

The only way to know the answer to tis question is you should contact your target college because your good percentage cannot determine that whether you will be selected in merit list or not.
Because the merit list of college is variable which means that merit list can be high or low.
