Yes, you can easily get admission to the CSE programme after fulfilling the eligibility criteria. I recommend you visit the LPU website and check the eligibility criteria for the BTech CSE programme for international students.
I did MBA from LPU and one of my friend's younger brothers is also studying over there in B.Tech CSE.
There are a few points I would like to share with you why CSE is good at LPU.
Good Placement: LPU has a good placement record for CSE students. Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. in which they are placed. The maximum package availed for CSE is 42 lacs. per annum by Microsoft.
PEP Classes- LPU provides placement classes to all the students from the very first year who opt for the placement. These classes help students for placements so that they can get selected in the pre-final year because the companies will start visiting for the recruitment of students from a pre-final year. Some of the students go for internships also in their final year. The Knowledge Review has rated LPU as the 10th best Training & Placement Institution in India.
Tie-ups: B.Tech in CSE has tie-ups with industries such as IBM, Intel, Xebia, Upgrad. Comptia, Transorg, Geeksforgeeks, etc that help students to explore themselves more in their field.

Definitely, B.Pharma is a good course to study. It is a medical line which is based on Chemistry. You need to have basic concepts in Chemistry clear. It is nothing but more about Chemistry. It is a very interesting course and you can study many subjects like Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics, Physiology and Anatomy, Pharmacognosy which are non-Chemistry subjects and Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Analysis which are by name Chemistry subjects.
Food Processing and Technology Engineering branch is a promising one. Unlike the core branches of engineering and other popular branches, Food Processing and Technology is not very popular among students who have passed 12th from Science stream. But it is a good branch that offers decent opportunities and career prospects.
After graduation, students may go for ME/M.Tech programme, which lasts for 2 years. Going for M.Sc programme is another option that is available in front of the graduates. Using these courses, one may specialize in fields such as Dairy Technology, Food Packaging, Food Transportation, Food Storage Engineering, etc.
Going for management courses such as MBA and BMS is also something that graduates may try. It only depends on your area of interest.

Eligibility: Minimum 50% marks either in the bachelor's degree and/or in the master's degree in Sciences/ Social Sciences/ Commerce/ Humanity. The online admission procedure for B.Ed and M.Ed courses usually commences in the month of May/June and ends in mid-July every year. Candidates will be required to submit the filled-in application form along with the attested copies of documents as specified in the entrance-cum admission form. Foreign students residing in India who have a valid student visa for the minimum duration of the programme are also eligible for admission to IGNOU programme. For admission to B.Ed and M.Ed courses, candidates are shortlisted on the basis of marks obtained in the entrance test, conducted by IGNOU Delhi and usually held in the month of August every year. As for the semester examinations, the university conducts term-end Examination twice a year in the months of June & December. The university provides reservation of seats for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, non-creamy layer of OBC, War Widows, Kashmir Migrants and Physically Handicapped learners, as per the Government of India rules, for admission to its various programmes.
