The applicant should be a teacher possessing Graduation/Post Graduation Degree with 55% (50% marks in case of SC/ST) with two years teaching experience in a Government or Government recognized school located in the territorial jurisdiction of the University and within the State of Himachal Pradesh. Yes, you can take admission for M.Ed after your TYB.Com from any university provided two conditions are satisfied:
1. Eligibility requirement of the university
2. Entrance exam (if the university conduct)
