Hello Rahul,
Just now I saw your query about Diploma in VJTI. What I stated there is equally true here since Bandra Polytechnic is also a government institute. You need to appear for and clear entrance exam with good score. However, you can get admission based on your marks of 10th in many polytechnics run by private entities.
Best wishes to you.

You will generally get offer letter easily from colleges in Canada. But Visa might be a issue. The case with backlogs are generally a problem with Canada. They only allow 4 supplementary exams. Since you have completed your M.Tech that usually wouldn't be an issue. But it depends. If they are only considering your M.Tech, then you wouldn't face any issue. The college and the Visa processing authorities may also check your Bachelor's history. Contact an education consultancy as well, they have good contact with colleges. They can for sure assist you.

Hello, canada is an academically inclined country. You need to have a very good score of above 70 percent to get into good canadian universities. You need to have not more than 5 backlogs in your academic learning. You will have to appear for IELTS or TOEFL exam And GMAT as required by the canada universities. Prepare an excellent statement of purpose that would convince the admission officer to consider your application.
