B.A. LL.B. Hons means that more focus is placed on law subjects as compared to B.A. Subjects whereas in B.A. LL.B. General LL.B. Is not emphasized much. This is why in the hons course you get law subjects from 1st year and gen course starts it after completion of B.A. LL.B. Hons is more recognised than the general one.

Only based on entrance test on the lines of SNAP.

It depends. The type of student you are, if you're for engineering, teachers pretend that attendance is compulsory but the teaching matter the most, if you get bored, bunk the lecture will not matter most if it is in the limit, but sometimes you get a call from college. Make sure that college doesn't have your parents mobile no., teachers temperament is also matters!
