To become a librarian you need to do a course around it. There are Diploma and Certificate courses, for the students who have passed 10+2 level education. For Bachelor courses like B. Lib. (Bachelor of Library Science) & BLI Sc (Bachelor of Library Information Science), candidates should have a graduate level degree from any recognized university.

There is no College/ University in India who is offering M.Tech courses on the basis of Diploma engineering. Hence you can not do M.Tech course on the basis of your Diploma.

Please write about the College/ University for better response. However the basic eligibility criteria of B.Sc. (Hons. ). Physics is An aggregate of 60% or more marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in 12th. So you can not do the B.Sc. Hons. Physics course.
