You are absolutely on the right path of making your career as it is always advisable to work for 2-3 years after completing graduation and then opting for a full time MBA or PGDM program.
The advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.
However as per your profile you may consider pursuing:
