Psychology is a division of science which deals with human behaviors and their mental processes. Their treatment is based on studying the changes in behavioral pattern and counsels the patients to bring back their life. A professional practitioner within this field is known as a psychologist.To build a career in this field, one must have a true desire to help mankind. For NLSIU on has to have a valid CLAT Score
To be eligible to appear in CLAT-2014, a candidate should have obtained a Higher Secondary School/Intermediate (10+2) or its equivalent certificate from a recognized Board with not less than 45% marks in aggregate (40% in case of SC and ST candidates) and should be below 20 years of age as on 1st July 2014 (22 years in case of SC/ST and Persons with Disability (PWD) candidates) *. Candidates who are appearing in March/April, 2014 or have appeared in the 10+2 examination and are awaiting results are also eligible to appear in the test. However, such candidates are required to have passed the qualifying examination at the time of their admission and must be able to submit proofs in support of their claims. No provisional admission shall be provided to those candidates who are not submitting the result of the qualifying examination (i.e. 10+2) at the time of admission.

If you are passionate about editing and want to make career in the particular field so you should prepare yourself. As editing requires a lot of creative skill and late hours working capacity.
As the vision of direction is shown by the editor of the film or any other video. So it is a good decision if you acquire such skills and capacity.
You can apply for various diploma courses as you will learn the basics of editing in such institutes. So making a career in this field it all depends upon your handwork and interest in learning things grabbing them quickly.
FCP (Final Cut Pro) has a huge scope in editing area because every movie is being edited in FCP.
Now for job opportunities I would say that if you have enough capital to start your own venture then you can obviously go for it but best will be first to gain some industry experience and knowledge by working as a trainee in a good production house or as an assistant to a good editor .
Also, video editing is a very demanding course and jobs are also available in the market but I would advice you to pursue this course as a full time through regular instead of short term.
