NMAT is a fairly tough exam, especially due to the time constraint. Verbal tests you on comprehension, vocabulary and grammar. Quant is relatively easier but requires you to be quick. It basically tests concepts. Logical reasoning can be tough since the problems need to be worked out to arrive at desired cases. Overall, I'd say, keep your concepts clear and be quick!
