You have to be bachelor's level degree holder. You have to give the entrance exam (CAT) and score good enough to appear for the interview round. Then you have to clear the interviews.

It is difficult to tell how much to score to get specific percentile, as CAT changes frequently and percentile depend on number of students taking the exam plus the highest score scored.
