MBA is pharma or as I have seen MBA in marketing roles can fetch good career options in the Pharmaceutical industry. Pharma market is growing well and there are various openings for interns as well as full-time roles in the best of the companies. You only need to describe your competency in whichever role you are interested in. This will work out best if you are graduating from a top MBA college which attracts Pharma companies and colleges which provide Pharma specific courses and are recognised in the industry.

I will assume that you are a student from other college.
1. First and foremost thing to get migrated to AIT, the previous college should be under the University of Pune.
2. Either of your parents should be serving or retired from Indian army
3. There should be vacant seat lying in AIT at the end of the 1st year. Mostly there will be vacancies.
4. There will be internal shuffling of branches in AIT purely based on merit list. ECE students aspire to join in CSE.
5. So, mostly CSE and ME would be full, enTC and IT would be vacant. Hope it helps.

Dear Friend, Yes, you can obviously join for the course but before this please collect the below stated review from your seniors/faculty (as you are an alumni of the Himalayan University) -
1. Whether the course is available or not which you want.
2. The course fee is suitable in terms of ROI.
3. Placement analysis (take data from students & also from college).
4. Mode of training.
5. Whether the college provides any internship/live project. I think this will help you to judge further.
