The eligibility to get admission for B.Tech (Lateral Entry) is Diploma in Engineering / Technology of duration of 3 years or more from Haryana State Board of Technical Education or its equivalent / B.Sc degree from recognized University as defined by UGC and a pass at class 12th with mathematics, as a subject. For getting admission in SYBA or TYBA, you must be doing FYBA from somewhere. Right? I am afraid, practically it's not feasible. If you are doing FYBA, then it's equivalence in this new university needs to be established. Then getting migration, acceptance by proposed university are very tough. It is better to continue in present university or start afresh in new place.
