Yes, the seats which were not occupied in round 1 counselling, seats which were allotted in round 1 but were not accepted by the candidates who were allotted seats and seats which were cancelled due to ineligibility will be carried forward to subsequent counselling. Candidates participating in further rounds will be considered to fill the vacant seats.
