Yes, NYFA requires students to demonstrate English language proficiency, and as a result, students are required to provide a valid test score such as: IELTS. IELTS is NOT a mandatory requirement for international students, and alternative test scores such as TOEFL and Duolingo are also acceptable. 

Minimum IELTS score requirement for UG students is 6.0 and for PG students is 6.5. 

The Union Public Service Commission released the UPSC CSE (IAS) main admit card 2025 on its official website - upsc.gov.in. The Commission released the admit card for the candidates to download. The candidates were required to download the admit card from the official website by logging in with their UPSC One Time Registration (OTR) number and password.

The UPSC CSE (IAS) Main exam was conducted from August 22 to 31, 2025.
