No, you cannot do MBA along with civil engineering. You'll be allowed to take admission for MBA only after the completion of your degree, i.e. civil engineering in your case. The fee structure may differ from college to college.

CPT is an entrance exam for CA not for CS you need to write CS foundation exam, you will get exemption for CS foundation exam if you have completed your graduation.
