When it comes to list out major recruiters for rural management graduate, I would like to classify them viz:
1. National NGOs: PRADHAN, SEWA, CARE, BAIF, Seva Mandir, Nandi Foundation etc.
2. International NGOs/Funding Agencies: Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation etc.
3. UN Bodies: UNDP, UNICEF, UN Women etc.
4. Govt. aided programmes/Projects: NRLM, NRHM etc.
5. Corporates with Corporate Social Responsibility Job: Mining companies, Cement Companies etc.
6: Corporates with Rural Marketing Job: Car and bike manufacturer, cement companies etc.

CSR is not among major functions in any company. Commonly, it is a part of either HR or Administration function. Therefore, highest place for you in organization structure is place of Department Head. In case of separate foundation or trust formed by any corporate, you could move up to Chief Operating Officer Position but mind it, its foundation not any company.
