You have not written about the total marks of PCM out of which he scored 135 marks. However if the total marks for PCM are 300, than percentage of marks obtained by your brother is 45%. Which is not enough for getting admission in Engineering colleges. The minimum marks required in PCM are about 50% for major engineering admissions.

Currently as per now I would suggest B.Tech CSE as its covering all possible emerging technologies required in corporate and IT industry but if your interested AI and Ml then you can opt for specialisation in the B.Tech CSE AI ML which mainly focus Practical learning of Machine learning and artificial intelligence which will help you to make your career in that field apart from being just B.Tech CSE engineering based careers.

Yes, you will get NIT Jamshedpur But I think you are not able to get your desired Branch. I suggest irrespective of the College you should go for the NIT's in which you get your desired or better Branch. But if you want NIT Jamshedpur irrespective of Branch then Might be you will get till last round of counselling. One more suggestion In counselling go till last Round, You might be getting a good branch with better college.
