Yes, there are so many IIM colleges that you can get admission, but you have to score very good marks in the CAT exam. There are so many IIMs that haven't been considered or given more weightage to past academics you can check on the IIM website accordingly, you can target them.

With this 95 percentile and a good enough academic record you can expect calls from many Iims but getting a call from the Top Iims will be very hard and almost impossible, also your OBC category will provide you an extra advantage during selection. IIM you can expect :
IIM Ranchi, Trichy, Rohtak, Shillong, Jammu, Amritsar, Kozhikode, Nagpur, Udaipur, Raipur etc. These are just expectations getting a call will depend on many other factors like you academic background, work experience etc.

Yes, you can do B.Com with CA course, but it becomes difficult for a regular student to do both the things, otherwise CA syllabus is almost same as B.Com's syllabus. And now it's legally allowed to pursue two courses together.
