Hi,
I can understand the kind of confusion you are going through, as it is a tough decision and you would get more confused if you will listen to many people as every body would advise you the way they have seen it and with their perspective you would not be able to come up to the right conclusion, better option would be to find out your interest level as both the streams either it is science or commerce has good scope talk to you teachers under whom you are studying for long tome and i feel they probably will guide you better as they would know you and understand your capabilities as well.

Yes, 12th marks have weightage in NEET - UG.
To be eligible for NEET, you need to pass plus two in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English individually with a minimum of 50% (General category), 40% (Reserved category, SC, ST, OBC) and 45% (candidates with locomotory disability of lower limb) in aggregate from a recognized board before admission.
