You have ruled out all the good options for having a great career. Remember, one has to pursue a relevant course to live your dream. You as a PCM student, first get good percentage in 12th. Then prepare for JEE-mains and try to get at least 80-90 marks to get a reasonably good engineering college where you should opt for Computer science branch. This study will give shape to your interest in animation and visual effect because as a developer you can have great career but if you do some other degree and follow it by certification course in animation or visual effect, you will merely become a technician who works on available software or tools for hours but much lesser remunerations.
As an engineer, you have option to apply for job in Airport Authority of India or Indian Air Force which will allow you to work in airport or airfield as an officer. With lesser degrees, you will get opportunity to work in airport in ticket counters, passenger assistants, baggage handler etc.

Compared to other 3 year graduation degrees, animation and gaming may offer an early start to the career. Most other streams require you to go for masters, whereas these fields allow good artists an early start to their careers. You mst remember that most (all) professional careers require internships (learning under a mentor), so likewise students who skip this step may suffer. Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people. Opportunities lie in animation design, game design, graphics, storyboarding, 3d modelling, texturing and lighting, Dynamics and VFX and of course animation (2D and 3D). However, choosing between these must be done after seeing your performance in each of these. So going for a generic course covering all or most of these would be the best way to get started in these careers. Typically you should have good sketching skills to be able to make a sound career in this (if you work hard you can improve your drawing skills tremendously). Nothing but your innermost talent and passion should lead you to the course and the institute you choose.
