IGIA doesn't offer any scholarship for CPL training. Only the government of India offers few scholarships to SC/ST candidates annually for you need to keep track of their announcements from time to time.
CPL training can be otherwise done at a cost of around Rs. 27 lac for which banks offer loan against a collateral. The training can be completed in a period of 8 months to 12 months. For more info about CPL training, log onto www.igiaindia.in and click on the CPL course link.
