You can write the MMS CET exam even if you are not from Maharashtra as 15% seats in Maharashtra are reserved as All India Seats. The cutoffs ranks for open category are around 100 and they are bound to be even higher for All India Candidates.
Till this year admissions happened through CAP rounds conducted by D.T.E., Maharashtra and candidates could apply for All India seats through any one or more of CAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT/MAT/ATMA and CET.

Hi,
MBA stands for Masters of Business Administration while MMS stands for Masters in Management Studies. Other than that I don't think there is a lot of difference in Indian context, as there are hardly any institutes in India offering MBA degree. Most institutes offer MMS (Mumbai University), PGDM or PGP degrees, which are considered equivalent to MBA in India.
I guess it has something to do with international accreditation to provide an MBA degree, while some people say you need to have executive work experience to obtain MBA degree, which is also the basic eligibility criteria in international institutes providing MBA degree,

After completion of your B.COM fisrt of all you will need to prepare for entrance exam like cat, cmat, mat,atma, xat etc because most of the good colleges required good entrance score. Here is the basic eligibility for pursuing B.Arch:
Aspirant must have passed 10+2 with PCM from a Recognized board.
All application for B.Arch. course including NRI / Foreign Nationals should write the Aptitude test conducted by Council of Architecture (NATA) and the score should not be less than 80 out of 200.

You need to have a bachelor's degree (3-year course) or equivalent with minimum 50% & above marks in any discipline recognised by any Indian University / AICTE as eligible for post-graduate studies.
