Dear aman when you in IT sector and working there at 6 month . you not judge yourself where u mistake ? why u think that MCA is not benefit you? MCA in good specialization like oracle, java , C C++ .Dear which work u done make specilization in that.
so continue your job and doing MBA in Real sector by correspondance (I.M.T ghazibad). all the best

Getting Degree is not enough and selecting a career option is now a days is very tough job as well. Web Designing and Web Development are two different things.
