Hi Karan,
You can surely appear for MBA if you have 45% but if you belong to reserved quota. You can instead go for then PGDM courses where they will take you but very fewer chances of getting a top college. However, you can complete PGDM.

If you want to do for MBA learning then it is not needed because these courses are advanced courses first you should know the basics of business. Firstly don't get worried. Syllabus of 12th and almost all entrance exams is almost same. So if you study for one, you have studied for others. But provided you have studied for sake of knowledge and not for passing exams. You can even start now. Understand concepts. Understand subject. You will automatically score marks.

Dear Girish,
Sorry to tell you but CPP MBA is never considered as equivalence to regular MBA by companies like TCS an all. They are not equally valued as normal MBA course. So, if you have an option for regular MBA course then I would suggest doing that instead.

Download their brochure which contains important and relevant information regarding course eligibility, admission criteria, application dates etc. There are many colleges which offer courses part time and executive courses which you can pursue if you are a working professional.
