With a chemistry degree, you are not eligible to study automobile engineering and related disciplines If at all you want to study about automobiles. You can check out courses like applied chemistry in automobiles. You may check the DAAD website for relevant courses and universities offering the particular courses.

Hi Madhurjya,
Some universities enroll students into an MSP/Ph.D program. So in this case, you don't have to enroll in MS and Ph.D programs separately. Gaining admissions into MS will lead to Ph.D, of course, you must complete all course and research requirements and by no means, you can do Ph.D without completing the MS component or an MS program in itself.
